New Eastern Villages

New Eastern Villages (NEV) is the largest and most important urban regeneration development within the UK. Located to the East of Swindon it is positioned in the Wiltshire Countryside between the North Wessex Downs and the Cotswolds. Identified in Swindon’s strategic growth area within the adopted Swindon Borough Local Plan 2026, it will comprise 8,000 -12,000 homes, new District Centre, 40ha of employment and associated health, retail, education and leisure facilities. Capital Land will be delivering a minimum of 2000 homes along with a primary & secondary school within the development. There will be a selection of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, each designed to the context of the local areas and today’s lifestyle. Capital Land is in control of approximately a third of the New Eastern Villages development.

Great Stall East NEV

Great Stall East is naturally the first phase for development of the wider New Eastern Villages scheme. Great Stall East will accommodate 1550 homes, a primary/secondary  school, sports hub, local district centre, park & ride facility and major infrastructure to connect the rest of New Eastern Villages to existing networks.

Great Stall West NEV

Great Stall West is a key part of the New Eastern Villages development. It has been designated by Swindon Borough Council to provide much needed additional housing, a retail park and a business centre. A design led scheme is being implemented to make this vision a reality.

St Leonards Farm Blunsdon

The proposed development at St Leonard’s Farm will offer an array of distinctive luxury homes to the North of Swindon. The development will be a design led community surrounded by the beautiful nature and a part of the nearby historic village of Blunsdon. This design led community will be rich with open space and greenery keeping the natural area balanced.
